Quite a day for SkillsUSA

As 700 students in their traditional red jackets funneled into Atherton Auditorium, it was hard not to feel optimistic about their future — and ours.
The annual SkillsUSA regional competition at 188bet±¸ÓÃÍøÖ· brought young people from across the region to show off abilities in more than 50 different potential careers, abilities that are critical to ensuring the U.S. has a skilled workforce for years to come.
We'll share the results as soon as we have them. For now, here's a look at how the day went, as shared by students, journalists and school officials.
