Asian and Pacific Islander American Empowerment Learning Community (APIAE听LC) was first started in Fall of 2023 to engages students to learn about the Asian American and Pacific Islander community and the history from an AAPI lens.听APIAE听LC fosters educational achievement, personal empowerment, and civic engagement with an Ethnic study approach.听

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be a new student or current student听
  • Maintain a 2.0 GPA and be in good standing with the college
  • Make a two-semester commitment
  • Meet with EPICenter counselor and complete a Student Education Plan (SEP)
  • Participate in scheduled听APIAE听and EPIC LC activities
