Having trouble logging on to Zoom? The site is now enforcing its sign-in method, which means you have two options:

  1. Go to your(you'll need to log into Okta) and simply click on the Zoom tile;or
  2. Go toand proceedto the sign-in screen. You do not need to fill in an email or a password. Instead, look below the “Sign In” button and click theSSO icon(look for the key near the bottom).

    Once you get to the SSO sign-in screen, typedeltacollege-edufor theCompany Domain

This should resolve the problem.

NOTE:The same steps apply if you are logging into the Zoom Outlook plugin via Okta/SSO, or if you are logging on via the Zoom desktop app. The SSO option will always be below the sign-in button.
