What is a hold?

A service indicator, also known as a hold is a block on your record that prevents you from future registration for classes (including dropping classes in the current term) and accessing your grades, transcripts, diplomas, certificates, and registration privileges.听

How do I know if I have a hold, and how do I clear/resolve it?

  1. If you have a hold on your record, the number of holds you have will be listed on the Tasks icon from your 听Homepage.
    The number of holds you have will be listed on tasks
  2. This will open the tasks screen. Click on holds from the left sidebar to see a list of the hold(s) you have on your record.
  3. Click on the hold to learn more about the听specific hold that has been placed on your account and how to clear it.听
